I started using this product one week ago tomorrow. I have lost 7.6 pounds since Monday (6 days) I use it with the Vanilla unsweet almond milk and it tastes great. I have also mixed some fruit with in once in a while. I did the 3 days with the shake morning lunch and dinner and eat a piece of fruit for snack in the morning…
