Hi add me if you like, I'm 21 from NZ so couldn't be further away =) I am at uni at the moment studying accounting and my sister has just graduated as a teacher. My goals are slightly different more the weight loss side of things. Good luck Chris

I can not honestly relate to such a major situation and I wish you all well. I'm sitting exams at uni at the moment and I find a lot of exercise helps me to relax and stops me eating everything in sight. Again good luck to your Hubby and your family :flowerforyou:

Afternoon is my pig out time =) unless I go and exercise straight away I'm hungry! However I have found a simple solution, I have an early dinner. I almost always have dinner between 5 and 5:30pm it just works for me, but if you have a family to feed that might not be the best advise:smile:

5k runs a normally considered fun runs and are a great starting point for people there will be people running that a far less fit than you and some that are a lot fitter than you. People do all sorts of funny warm ups before the race what ever work for them and a lot of people find that they can't quite do it an happily…

My Bf drives me crazy I buy a 1 kilo bag of carrots and the entire bag is gone before the weeks end and before I use any for cooking. I should be grateful carrots are cheaper than chocolate. I did until I went and got some proper shoes fitted it cost $300 Nz but so worth it. I haven't had any injury issues since then =)

Don't be too hard on yourself. I hate running with a passion well at least I did... I got terrible stomach cramps, aching back and lead legs but I kept on going and what I have found is the longer I run the better I feel. I didn't do the program you are doing, but I started with a 3k run with two small walks along the way.…
