I'm no expert but what I find is when I eat bread, pasta and spuds I pile on the weight and feel sluggish when I don't I maintain on loose and have more energy. This is so true my bf said to me when I started : You have to stop, your getting to thin, only 68 and no lighter! now he has had a chance to adapt and knows my goals he is the opposite and super supportive.

If it was often you would need to do something about it but in my opinion every now and again it is fine. Some days you will blow out and other days you'll be slightly under don't worry about it.:smile:

I find after a couple of days of eating structured meals making sure i have breaky lunch and tea i no longer feel super hungry at night.

Yes sometimes it can be fixed by altering your technique and sometimes you just haven't been for a run in a while and you're a bit stiff. I say and I could be wrong do a few more runs and It still hurts try changing your style just a little bit. Oh yes and shoes make a big difference:smile:

Thanks for your advice everyone. I am in New Zealand so Wallmart might be a bit difficult for me but You tube and the library I can do and probably a good idea before spending money.

Hey I'm at uni to and can totally relate, I find that having a small bag of mixed nuts works for me as I can munch on it for 3-4 hours on and off until it is all gone. It really isn't that expensive I make a big batch of dark chocolate, mixed nuts and apricots fortnightly and divide in to small zip lock bags it works out…

I delete everything so there is really nothing to hide,not because i am trying but i my phone only holds 20 texts before it gets full and therefore DELETE! It also has no lock and I leave it lying around so it is pretty much fair game and the bf's is the same.

You can't be serious if the relationship ends because of weight that isn't a good one....
