  • I started Purium on Feb 1. Feeling great so far. Today is the start of day 5. I'm down 14.2lbs so far. It would be great if there was a group. I plan to complete the 10-day transformation and then continue an on/off program. Anybody else doing the same?
  • I'm in too! I'm using a treadmill during the winter, but try to do at least 2 miles a day, 5 times a week. Treadmill incline 0-4.0. Average 2.5-3 miles each time. Feb 1--2 miles. Feb 2--2.7 miles. :)
