If your not sure about it you can always eat them back and check your progress in 2 weeks. If your not losing you'll need to cut them but if you cut them and are still not losing you may not have your calories set high enough.

thanks for the formula....I wonder if some of the people who are getting low #'s are not doing it correctly. I came up with 1764.38 which is really close to what I got from a BMR calculator.

I drink at least 2 protein shakes a day. My goal is to build muscle but not to bulk up. My trainer has said that it is impossible to add mass while eating at a calorie deficit. I also eat between 1800-1900 cals a day and have been steadily losing weight while toning up.

WOW is all I can say. I don't even use the recommended calories on MFP. I base my caloric intake on my BMR and how much I exercise. I am still eating at a deficit for weight loss but have found by increasing my intake the weight is coming off much easier and faster. I eat between 1800-1900 calories a day. I do drink…

I like the fruit flavored ones.....most of them have no fat but the pineapple and mango are 2%......also the plain and vanilla are good if you add fruit or use them as sour cream

Yes!! at 225 lbs I started doing P90X and had amazing results. I lost close to 50 lbs and looked like I had lost much more. I started out just doing what I could (or as Tony would say "Do your best and forget the rest") but was amazed at how fast I was able to do more. I had to stop for awhile and have just started back up…

I never did wii Fit but had lost weight doing EA Active......I would recommend a different band than what is included (I used pilates bands with more resistance). I also was walking 3 days a week with it. Good luck!!
