Thank you for the invite to the group. I think it will be easier to find you as a group rather than a thread. Not being an expert on this program, I lose the thread for days and then find it again. ha ha ha.

I love your honesty. I've done the same thing, got up and binged! But you know, we have to live our lives and sometimes we just can't be perfect in our eating. Tomorrow is always a new day to start fresh. I did the same this week, got out of bed and was not satisfied with one piece of bread and peanut butter...no no no...I…

Joining MFP is a good way to keep track of what you eat. It is surprising how those little things you nibble on will add up to a lot of calories at the end of the day. Set yourself a goal of tracking everything even if you've had a meltdown and ate every in sight. Sometimes it's not as bad as it appears and you can get…

Magnesium tablets will help and they won't hurt you. Probably the same as milk of magnesia.

I belonged to Zumba Gold, an easier version and there were definitely people at your weight. It's a fun fitness workout as you are dancing to great music and having a blast. You don't have to be thin, zumba is for anyone.

I had lots of calories left over so had a 1/2 cup of cereal with almond milk. I waited 1/2 hour to see if hunger would go away,…

Hi, this sounds like a group for me. I am really struggling with my diet, always seem to be hungry in the evening. Weight is coming off so slowly as I just don't exercise enough. Maybe reading other posts will give me the incentive not to give in to cravings.

Hey, we all have bad days and yes - we did eat like that every day. Good for you to track even though you know it wasn't going to be a good day. I did the same on Friday, I decided to track it even though I knew it was going to be over my calorie goal.

Keep your exercise to a manageable level. Walk for 1/2 hour every evening and enter it into your journal. You'll be surprised how those extra calories will motivate you to do more. Join a gym or fitness class with a friend. Zumba is great fun and the calories you burn are a bonus.
