i blew my weekend too. dont worry i know i did bad so now i have to make up for it this week..i mean the this whole thing is a process and for most of us a life style change..so as long as we make sure to go back on track..a few days every now and then is ok to get off track

tonight - relaxing then doing a 30 min workout saturday - going in my boyfriends pool and maybe shop sunday - church then visiting my grandma

thanks for all the responces! i've been working out almost everyday and eating about an average of 1300 calories..sometimes more or less depending on how hungy i am. i appreciate all the support and answers you guys are great :]

love this idea. i'm going back as a sophomore and i know last year i was stuck in 'i'm too busy and stressed to eat healthy and exercise' state of mind. i want this year to be different.

i completeled just about everything this challenge except the jump rope/hopscotch and the dancing..i feel like two things out of everything else isn't so bad. and i made up for it for swimming a lot on saturday. totally pumped for tomorrows challenge.

i'm totally down for this challenge. my birthday is october 22 and i'm planning on losing 30lbs by then. i'm 235 now and i would love to be 205 for my birthday!
