You can prepare your breakfast before work. Other options include a homemade fruit smoothy with some hardboiled egg whites mix some flax seed oil in that smoothy and you got your carbs/healthy fats/proteins all rolled into a low fat healthy delicious breakfast. :smile:

Lifestyle change for me. MFP is a great way to make sure I'm eating as healthy as I think I am. I think before MFP when I thought I was eating 'healthy' I was actually under eating when I included the cals I burned working out. Other times when I thought I was only cheating a little with that soda or popcorn at the movies…

I'm my third week into phase 2. I love it so far!!! I've been doing 5 week phases with 1 week recovery to get the most out of each phase. Even though there are not any dedicated cardio workouts man do I still sweat with every workout! Plus i love Tony's "I'm corny and I know it but don't care what anyone thinks of me…
