  • started at 174 for this challege- am 173.5 today- slow progress but progress never the less! Got into a pair of pants I bought 4 years ago that I couldn't even get over my hips in Sept.- buttoned and zipped today- YAY!!

I take the amount of ounces it says, pour into measuring cup, pour some in a glass and add seltzer or club soda to make a wine spritzer.
