I have not tried this but I saw it on tv. You rub the area you want to work on with hemorrhoid cream, wrap in plastic wrap, and go to sleep with it on. In the morning its supposed to shrink you. I may try it someday.

I agree 100%! If you can't control your kid, then ask for a to-go bag so I can enjoy my meal.

You need to see a doctor. This happened to me and it turned out I had c-diff. I ended up being hospitalized. I'm not saying that is what you have but why take a chance. Plus I had it for 6 months and never said anything. I just thought it was anxiety or IBS - irritable bowel syndrome. Feel better and please see a doctor.

I did the same thing - bought a food scale - and measuring cups to keep myself in check. I thought I was measuring properly but in reality I was getting too much or not enough. Muscle weighs more than fat is a myth ... a pound is a pound is a pound, whether its a pound of lead or a pound of feathers. But I do agree that maybe you're holding onto water weight. Are you drinking enough water? Maybe you need to flush out your system.

I know this sounds odd, but you can mix baby food veggies and fruits into foods that will help you get at least some of these things. I'm going to start doing this with my husband who hates veggies. Starting with spaghetti sauce. Good luck to you.

I agree with everyone, Nutella is a trigger that I didn't even know I had. I just finished the jar and will not be buying it again. At least not at this time until I can get my addiction under control. I'm a Jif girl that really needs to change to the natural PB.
