I do find weekends the hardest if we are social. Luckily a few of my friends are dieting too. I find eating lat the hardest as I tend to eat too much when i am hungry. I've just finished my 30 days. I have only lost 3 pounds but feel the best I have in my body for a long time. I found that it wasn't enough alone so I have been doing either 2 workouts or one of her other DVD's. I just feel so great. I have dropped a dress size. I've this problem too recently. I changed ovr to natural yoghurt and added stevia and berries to make it sweet. So yummy. Shame I am going dairy free for a fortnight.
