You're not overreacting. YOu have a belief (monogomy) and for the first time you learned that he isn't on the same page. Your reaction is ok, its you, this is how you feel Don't feel bad/be hard on yourself for your feelings. Set him free. Let him sow his oats. You go out and find what you want.

If there is room, I'm in. I just did the first day of the Intro to Insanity DVD (yes, an intro to the actual thing). I'd like to do that or 20-30 minutes of walking 6 days out of 7 for the next 30. I do much much better when I'm held accountable by others.
