Dont beat yourself up to bad some cake every now and then wont kill your goals :bigsmile: Walmart carries the biggest loser dvds for under 10. Walmart online lists almost all of them at $8.32. I joined the shred thread and plan on going to find the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred tomorrow. :glasses:

Recently I tried Jillians Natural Whey Protein powder (100cal 7carb 2fat 15protein) , I mix it with 8oz of skim milk (80cal 12carb 0fat 8protein) and blend it in mini drink blender , its pretty good just not chocolatey enough.
