I do the same thing..I'm supposed to be at 1200 calories a day, and I find on the weekends eating over 2000..it's like my body and mind thinks it's on vacation or something!! I can't think of anything except to make sure I work out on the Saturday to at least make up for some of the **** eating..how do other people handle…

when i lost weight last year...i ate a LOT of popcorn as like an after dinner snack because it has almost no calories. but you need to make ur own popcorn..buy the kernals and pop them on the stove with light olive oil and little or no salt, or like some kind of popcorn you can pop in the microwave that doesnt have butter…
