  • I'm getting some of those comments, too, but try to take it as a compliment, since these people have seen me lose 30 pounds already and how I look SO different.... They've still got the "old me" in their heads. Oh, and also, they don't see me without my clothes on! ;o)
  • On Facebook (or similar sites) when people write "LOL" all the time and haven't even said anything funny, or when they write things like "can't believe all this crap that's happening" and put no details!

  • As long as I can control myself, I DO try to eat some "naughty" foods that I like a few times a week. Otherwise, I've found that if I completely deny myself, I eventually lose control and end up being 3000 calories over on a day from binge eating. Good luck!

  • Did you eat at least 1200 calories today? If so, you'd be ok not eating them back, as long as you don't do it often. From what I've read, you only go into starvation mode if you're under 1200 calories for quite a while.
  • Maybe give it a bit longer, and have your friends/MFP friends hold you accountable. I say you can do both WW and MFP- why not? Good luck to you!

  • Wednesday- 426 under (just about the same amount I burned exercising). Going to a baby shower tomorrow, and I LOVE cake- must be strong!
  • Whenever you do get to your goal weight, maybe take it slow, like 100-300 extra calories a day, then after a few weeks, be sure to change your goal on MFP to reflect that you don't want to lose any weight each week- it should give you a guideline of how many calories to eat.   • I did one, and surprisingly wasn't hungry at all for the 3 days. But, 2 days after I went off, I got really really sick from eating food again, so just be careful!
