I finally stopped tracking sugars, when an apple and a cup of milk put me over for the day! I wouldn't worry about it if it's "healthy" sugars- just worry about the "real/nasty" sugars in candy, cakes, etc. Good luck!

I have a treadmill that folds up- when folded, it only takes up 2feet by 2 feet or so... I have also tried Supreme 90 day- it's 10 workout DVDs for $20, and only requires a yoga ball and some weights. Similar to P90X, but WAY cheaper. Weigh- once a week on Saturday mornings is my "official" weigh-in. More often than that frustrates me, because your weight can fluctuate 5 pounds a day!

Inserts might help- you can try those Dr. Scholl's ones they have at various stores (where you actually step on a machine and it figures out what arch you need). I have inserts I got from an infomercial that I wear in every pair of shoes- they really help. Good luck!

Yeah, it's on here under food as negative 500 calories. Be careful with logging that as that amount though, I for some reason didn't burn nearly that amount just breastfeeding, and ended up gaining weight, even though I was technically under cals each day.... Hope all goes well!

Do you like fruits? If so, you could eat whatever veggies you DO like, and have the rest of your servings of veggies/fruits be fruit. Just make small changes at a time. We've had record-breaking heat here this summer (actual temps of over 100, plus humidity), and I have a baby. I'll walk while pushing her in the stroller outside if it's cool, but don't want her to get overheated. Plus, traffic, etc. If indoors, the TV distracts me and helps me go longer. I'm with "new moons" statement on this one- it's recommended you weigh in just once a week, because the body can fluctuate by as much as 5 pounds every day due to water weight, etc. Good luck to you!

I like Lilly of France underwire. Usually get them from kohl's- they're $32, but Kohl's has sales all the time. They're not "pretty," but do the job! Thick straps and adustable width. I'm usually a C, but got up to DD while pregnant, and they worked great!

If you've got the space and the money, I really like my Bowflex- can do tons of strength exercises as well as use it as a rowing machine. I also use my elliptical and treadmill a ton. But, for things that don't take up much space or $$$, stretch bands, weights, and just your body weight work great! Good luck to you!

I usually just pick a listed workout that is closest- aerobics general, etc. according to the calorie burn listed. You can do a search in Exercise database.

I'm a sugar addict also- the only thing I've found that works is to go cold turkey- if I can make it past 4 days with no sugar, I find I don't crave it anymore and can have it once in a while. However, if I then have sugar again two days in a row, I'm back to the starting point. Good luck!

I have noticed that the heavier you are, the more you burn doing activities, and as you get lighter, you burn less and less, because you're not carrying around as much weight. Maybe your friends weigh more than you, or maybe they're doing crazy workouts! Just keep doing what you're doing- 400 calories is an AWESOME burn!

I love my ellptical, especially if I'm watching a DVD to make time go even faster.... burns 10+ calories/minute.
