I have the same problem!! I have found that if I have my evenings as packed with things to do as I do during the day, I have no problem but when I am home alone and bored for hours and hours...regardless of what my water intake is, I EAT!! I did so well for over a year but a few traumatic things happened in my life and now…

I have gone throught that too! The attention from the same males I've been friends with or worked with for years is completely different now that I've lost weight. I love them but resent them at the same time! Ugh!

I work out a lot and love it and I can eat great all day long but come night time when I'm alone and bored, I just can't stop myself. :-( I have lost my willpower!
