I dont belong to a gym right now but I remember the misery last year of our dance class being so packed I couldnt get more than about 3 square feet for me. Just give a few weeks and most will be gone.

I love it. It has more calcium than yogurt and anything else I can quickly consume. I am supposed to have 1500 mg daily/ 1000 mg from food and 500 mg from a calcium supplement like Viactiv. I can get it easily from the Almond milk . Like others have said I detest cows milk .............Ew

I agree with the previous posts about good shoes; the only cure I have found is Asics brand shoes as recommended by my physician friend. I am going to look into "Superfeet" insoles someone just mentioned in another post.

I log all I eat. I am doing this for me. I keep my diary open and if someone doesnt like how I am eating I havent had a word of criticism yet. I have to know whats going in so I can keep the exercise and food in balance and not gain but maintain or lose.

Natures bounty chocolate or vanilla protein shake- buy it at walgreens or maybe elsewhere, frozen mixed berries and almond milk........................YUM

Like others have mentioned you would have to have all the days the same in exercise and intake of food. I have had a chance to test it and find that its pretty accurate over the last 120 or so days. It seems that the pounds are slowly dropping if I stick to it. SLOWLY I say but the deficit is enough to make the scale go…

I say he owes you a trip to the spa for a facial, mani, pedi; why not ask for this for Christmas since he "forgot" to get you something? He could even just write a blank check with the name of your spa of choice and babysit while you go relax next weekend. Treat yourself. You deserve it......

Great job!; It has taken me 110 days to lose 13 lbs. But I am so happy to be less . Yes I can definitely see a big difference in your pics. Keep it up. Maybe next Christmas it will be another 32!

Question: my hands and bottom get numb if I for more than half an hour- does anyone else experience this?; I do 25 min max - not sure how many miles that is and do it about 2-3 times a week -darkness,weather permitting

yes anything high in fat usually makes me feel a little queasy esp the cheesecake I ate tonight and I didnt eat it slow enough to realize that I had enough at a couple of squares

I weigh in everyday but dont worry about it too much because alot of times sodium will make it higher. Just watch the numbers on the calories in and calories out and make sure you stay under goal.
