Just a FYI.. I took a peek at your food dairy, and you have many food items that are packaged that list a sodium content of 0. Make a smoothie with lots of veggies, fruit, yogurt and juice.. I have a smoothie everyday and I am always full for a few hours after drinking it.. Mine are usually about 300 calories for 12 oz glass.
