I have been putting both lemon and orange slices together in my water. I drink an obscene amount of water daily, so it helps me keep it fresh.

Let me start by saying that I work in a catering office on top of a bakery which is connected to a pizza restaurant. Anything and everything sounds good. One of my biggest problems is if I start eating wings, I won't stop at two or three, the whole ten are gone.

I agree with the different scales. Pick one and stick to it. Also, lowering your calories may be detrimental. If you were doing well before, stidk with what works.

I crave everything I can get my hands on. I will admit that since starting mfp, I have SERIOUSLY dropped my daily intake. It wasn't unheard of to have 6,000 calorie days. Now if I feel like I'm going crazy, I'm usually around 3,000 after logging. Balancing salt and sweet seems to be the pattern here.

This totally helps!!! If you have the knowledge that someone out there is waiting on and expecting you, there is more of a chance that it WILL happen. I have done this and not only does it help you, you will also find out the other person needs you just as much as you need them to get up and get out there.

I agree with the everything in moderation. My personal experience is that it is something that you are craving, go for a piece of it. There is something in the ingredients there that your body wants, so let yourself have a small helping.
