My go tos so far have been Panera, Natures Table, and Tropical Smoothies. Unfortunately quick and convenient usually equals carbs in the form of breads and wraps. I'm a sucker for that stuff too. Keep the suggestions coming.

Squats, bench press, and dead lifts all incorporate nearly the entire body and are considered the most well rounded lifting exercise. You can do these multiple times a week but I would stick to heavy only once a week with the a focus or repetitions the other two days. Personally I believe in not doing the same thing too…
