I don't buy a word of this, but it makes for a giggle. :laugh:

It is just something to say to bring the thread back up to the top. They have nothing specific to say but want the thread to be at the top because it is a good one. They could say, "I have nothing to say but by adding to the thread, I keep it alive". Instead, they just say, "Bump".

I might suggest you see a doctor. It could be a thyroid issue. As far as your journaling goes, wow! Commendable and it sure seems you are doing all the right things!
