  • you are eating tooooo little calories I think - why dont you mix it up a bit - they say a cheat day is great to do once a week !!! - pick a day and eat 1500 calories that day ( healthy 1500 though)
  • how is your water intake ??? - with hunger EVERY time just before you eat consume a large glass of water - this helps - also i find about 1 hour after eating AGAIN a large water - this helps me :smile:

  • I also think that for yur height you are expecting to be tooooo Light - I am new to this sight but have years of up and down weight - highest being 83KG for my 168cm and lowest being 63KG - currently 68KG . Try to accept you are a great weight for your height :smile: :smile:
