Definitely log it. Most people don't realize how many calories they are adding by drinking. In addition, be aware that drinking alcohol slows down your metabolism for the day you drink it and the following day. If you're really determined to get in shape, avoid alcohol completely.

The benefit of who wheat pasta is enormous. Whole wheat foods generate tons more ATP (energy) than white breads. So, that being said, whole wheat fills you up faster and sticks with you longer.

Ronzoni's Healthy Harvest whole wheat pasta is amazing. You can hardly tell the difference. I cook with this pasta all the time and it's always delicious and fills you up.
