Lol^ I pack my freezer with chicken and ground turkey, Usually fairly inexpensive. I keep a close eye on the ad's for my local grocers and take advantage of meat sales. For veggies your local farmers market is your best bet!

I was told that by a friend too. We just looked up all the symptoms of Vertigo and I have them all. I have had an iron defficency for awhile now but have never had symptoms to this extent. yeah well its pretty obvious when someone makes a post on the message boards about losing all kinds of weight and clearly has photoshopped photos. Noone else is gonna say it I will! I've looked into gym memberships and we think we've found one we might join fairly local. I'm starting to think that a gym membership might be great for the days I can't get my workout done here at home. We have a gym set up in a bonus room in our garage and hope to get more equipment soon but it is god awful hot in there…

Fortunatly I am pre conditioned to being up early. I see my b/f off most days around 5 and then begin my job around 5:30. 4:30 on the other hand yes, may be a bit of a tough one to conquer, but luckily i'l have my b/f right there with me pushin my butt cause he's gonna do it with me!!
