Feel free to add me as a friend.......I am trying to run also.....we can share stories...I mean progress!!! My advice is to take it slow.....I tried the Couch to 5 K last year and failed because I injured my legs/muscles/shin splints. So Now I am losing weight and trying to walk/jog !!
