That 5 week forecast works for that day. So if the next 5 weeks are exactly like it, you could expect to weigh x pounds. It's just an idea of how you did THAT day, not the last weeks. If you are under your net and not losing, there could be several reasons. 1. At least for me, no matter how strict i diet, if I don't do cardio, I don't lose weight. 2.
