4 dogs for me! We have a 7 year old coonhound (Hugo), a 5 year old basset/lab mix (Harley), a 2 year old jack russel/rat terrior (Hunter), and his brother 1 year old jack russel/rat terrior (Hayden). All are rescues. Quite the animal farm, but we love them all so much!

I use to do a 'cheat day', and still will if I really want to eat something bad. I think the more progress I make though, the less I actually crave the bad foods. You should try to switch to a 64 calorie beer if you want to keep drinking each day. It reduce the empty calories from alcohol, and since the beer doesn't taste as good, it may also help reduce your want for it every day.
