ok I cant do a "normal" push up :( that being said I only did 8 pushups (on knees) yesterday. Today 9/27 i did 27 total :) Came across program that I'm sure ya'll already have heard about the hundredpushups that's suppose to condition you to be able to do 100 at the end of 6 wks. Today was my first day so we will see.

Monthly Goal 25 9/2 = 1 9/4 = 1 9/6 = 1.5 9/9 = 1.5 9/11 = 1.5 9/13 = 1.75 9/15 = 1.25 9/16 = 1.5 11 completed....14 to go! This is great for me as I have been a "couch potatoe" for months (probably yrs) and just started back walking this month :)

8 glasses of water & 40 sit-ups....the water intake is low for my normal and the sit-ups kicked my butt :)

Hello everyone! I am new to MFP and just starting on treadmill after months of inactivity....so my number will be low. My goal is 25 miles for the month of September. I've already walked 3.5 .... so 26.5 to go! I think I can, I think I can :)
