If you click on the Tools tab in MFP, then click on Calculate your BMR, you just need to plug in some information it requests, then it will calculate your BMR for you. It uses the Mifflin-St. Jeor equations to estimate your BMR which is believed to be more accurate than the more commonly used Harris-Benedict equation.
