Wow, you are like my twin ;o) To date I have lost 27 pounds and I'm working on losing the last 15 in order to get to my goal weight. I've recently started incorporating weights into my workout routine so I'm hoping that makes a difference for me.

I can relate....I hate my thighs too! They look so huge like an elephant's. Before MFP, I remember wearing a dress one day and my inner thighs rubbed together so much that when I got home they were actually swollen and tender. I've lost 40 lbs in all so far and I must say the thighs were definitely the last place to show…

You could try adding cucumber, lemon or orange slices. The orange slices gives it a very refreshing taste. Be careful with the lemon, if you use too much it becomes too bitter and you may not want to drink it at all.

Week 3 complete! The weather was crappy this week so today was the only chance I got to run outside. I was a little tentative about doing all 3 runs on one day but I decided to give it a shot. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

I gave some to my brother to try. When I asked him what he thought he said he" liked it....it didn't taste as sweet like regular brownies...it tastes healthy" When I told him what the secret ingredient was he laughed so hard lol

I know how you feel. I went to Applebees a couple months ago. Being my first time there I figured it would be safe to order from the Under 550 calories section of the menu. I got the Teriyaki Shrimp Pasta. When I got home and entered it in my diary the sodium blew my mind.....3410 mg of sodium in the meal!!!! I haven't…

I bought a big bag of Cheetos this week and on the bag it said: serving size - 13 pieces and servings per container - 4. By my math that should be 52 pieces in all. When I counted the bag there were actually 43 pieces in there.
