  • Sounds delicious, will definitely have to try that this weekend. Thanks!
  • I agree! Once I started taking in more water I started feeling better and realized I didn't really miss the drinks. I do keep walmarts brand of flavoring on hand because, let's face it, water is so bland  I still have 1-2 diet drinks a day but usually for dinner or I allow that as part of my snack. It will get…
  • Thanks! I forgot about entering in the workout separate (i'm distracted by pain:frown: ) I did go in and change it up a little though. I'm not as active during the day anymore so my calorie intake did go down ... that will take some getting used to.
  • You can never go wrong with a roasted chicken! I throw one in the crock pot on low for 8 hours with some Ms. Dash to season and fresh lemon juice. Add anything you want as a side and then you have leftovers for a couple of days too which are good for sandwiches.
  • I have about 110 pounds I need to lose. I had lost 7 before joining, went out of town and gained 2 pounds. But I'm not beating myself up, just getting back on track. This is a great website with great people. Everyone seems to be really interested in helping others out and offer freely what has helped for them. Me? I've…
  • homemade smoothie: apple (peeled), frozen strawberries, chunk fresh pineapple, handful of fresh spinach plus some cinnamon - love cinnamon... so good and really quite filling!! How much of each ingredients are you using. This sounds like a great breakfast and would love to try it. I could list on one hand how many…
  • Glad to see a site about this up and going. Have been on the P90 for 3-1/2 weeks and have lost 8 pounds. I could tell after the first week how much better I was doing and was able to last a little bit longer on each workout. My husband has moved up to the 3-4 disc. I am still doing the sculpt and abs but have also gotten…
  • CONGRATULATIONS!! That must be an amazing feeling. I am starting out here at a 22/24. That is great motivation for me.
  • I have to agree with the above writer. I was always an emotional eater and it shows. I have started out on the P90 workouts (1 month in) and I have actually enjoyed doing it if you can believe that. That fact alone helps me keep myself in check as to what I eat. I don't want to lose that feeling of accomplishment and…
  • Thanks a bunch for sharing that. You are my inspiration today. I have a lot of weight to lose and you have just reinforced that I can do it! Congratulations on your weight loss - you look awesome! I cannot imagine yet how much better you feel.
  • Congratulations! I also have about 100 pounds to lose. I am three weeks in with the P90 program and have lost 8 pounds. I recently realized that I was not eating enough and so I came to a stand still but with my fitness pal it is easy for me to keep up with my calories and I LOVE IT!
