Starting my first one today. Have heard they are the newest thing to replace free weights and, once you get over the (what can be) awkward positions, is an awesome workout. Anyone agree or disagree? Also how do you log your time and under weight category in the strength training? Thanks!

Is anyone doing the les mills body pump classes at a gym or at home? I am trying to figure out how many calories I would burn in an hour-long class to add into my exercise tab. Can anyone help?
