New to MFP and wanted to say hello. I have been struggling for a long time with my weight but no more. I am dead set on losing it for good this time and keeping it off. I am at 267 (274 before joining) and would like to get to 160. I am 5'7 and 30 years old. I have a wonderful supportive husband who is also doing a weight loss program with me but I would love to have others to talk with and get more support, be supportive, and find out what others have found successful on their journey. I am trying to come out of my shell and trying to invite people into my life for support. I know I can't do this alone and I have seen so many success stories on this site and it makes me want to work harder. I love that I have to account for everything I put in my mouth because I need that. I am doing this for mainly for me but my kids too. I want them to see that you need to be healthy, you need to be active and I want to be there for them for a long time.
