I've done the salad in a jar and it works awesome, very tasty. I usually bring a lean cuisine, healthy choice or a bag of frozen veggies & heat it up for lunch. It's just extremely easy for me to pack a lunch all week with those. I know they aren't the best, but they aren't the worst either! I

Bring snacks!! I make my own granola bars or my own trail mix and always have it on hand. It's low in calories and keeps my metabolism working all day!! It also helps to curb that hunger sensation that makes me want to shove EVERYTHING in my face when I get home instead of eating a good dinner. Trail mix can be better…

Maybe it's the easiest way for them to cope? The best way for them to stop eating :BLANK: is to make themselves beleive it is evil? Not that it's so tasty it's hard to have self control? I work two different security jobs so I know exactly what you mean, I mapped out what a mile is at my one job and make sure to walk it 3xs minimum, at the other job where I just sit all day at my desk I do some yoga, chair squats or calf raises. What about sweet potoates? Can you eat those? Tossed in a little oil with some seasoning baked at 400 degrees for 20-25 mins make for some tasty healthy fires\chips!

Don't give up! I'm 5'2" and in 2010 hit 140lbs... I lost 25lbs by changing only my diet, no exercise, (down to 115) and then I gained back 10lbs... I'm now at 123. When I was 115 (and now) I was "Fat Skinny" since I didn't work out at all. I'm mean I'm small but I got flab.... and that's also why I ended up gaining back…
