We switched to 4 tens at work. My gym time was 5-6, start work at 7. . . now I have to be at work AT 6. I've been rocking the 4:30 is too early excuse for a week and a half now.

I don't care about his past, I'm his future. He doesn't want to know about my past due to his own insecurity issues (at least he recognizes he has them), lol. We're all good and share when it is necessary or wanted, or as the situation arises.

I agree that 1200 is too low for what you are exercising. MFP puts me at 1400 calories to lose a pound a week, but every other calulator out there puts me at 1700 to lose a pound a week. I do 3.2/4.2 at a 1.5 incline. 4.5 was just exhausting me, although for my 5 min run I did the slow it down to 4.0 to get through it.
