Weigh in day. Pw- 180 CW - 179.4 Very slight move... But hey guys LOOK it's the 170's!!!! This is as low as I've been able to historically go, 2011 was the last I was here. I feel that maybe this time I will be able to stick it out and see a new low. Have a great week all!

in my book any loss is good. However, most of my loss last week was due to water weight last week. I'm way more excited to post for tomorrow! I worked so hard this past week.

Weigh in week: Week 4 Weigh in day: Monday... Yup, I realize that today is Wednesday Previous Week's weight: 182.6 Todays Weight: 185.3 I was gone over the weekend and the eating was off but also, my neck and shoulder problems are acting worse so I've had no exercise since last week Thursday.

Exact same weight as last week....this is not too bad because at one point before weigh-in I was up 2 pounds. lots of ups and downs!

So my loss this week states 0 but in reality I was up two to three pounds coming out of the last crazy weekend...I just managed to get myself back to my last Friday weight--crazy when I do this stuff to myself.

2 Walks, 3 runs (1 mile, 2miles, and 4 miles) and 1 Zumba class....stuck to my diet and caloric goals almost all days and still GAINED, up 1.2 not sure what's going on! but on a positive note my clothes are fitting better. Today I'm wearing a pair of pants that I haven't been able to wear in over 4 year. Here's to a better…
