  • YAY! it's great to see that there's a group for my exact goal--I've gotta slim down before my trip to Hong Kong in December. Between all the pictures we'll be taking there and seeing my family again at Christmas, I really need to get a move on with my weight loss

  • I'm starting on October 30 and going through November. I don't want all the Halloween candy to get the best of me (or Aunt Doppy's amazing chocolate chip cookies on Thanksgiving)
