  • Cardio recovery is mostly stretching to help "recover" from all the jumping. I'd try it but maybe not go as far into the stretches if it bothers your knees. My knees were'nt sore but I had sore feet and shins for the first few days. By the end of week one they were starting to feel better.

  • Just rinse and condition as well but hae used baby powder iin a pinch. Just make sure you get it combed out well or you look grey..lol
  • I've never done the whole 6 weeks but have cycled the dvd through with other JM workouts. It's not just target though everything works the core, there's cardio in there as welll as planks etc that work shoulder , back as well.

  • Congrats!! I know you earned that as I just finished a week ago too. I didn't lose any weight but I lost 4 inches overall and my final fit test kicked butt! Revel in your accomplishment you look amazing. PS. You don't need to be ashamed to take your shirt off, get to the beach!

  • One of my favorite workouts too. I did it yesterday morning with the cardio abs and felt great all day. PS. Its not babysitting when they're your own kids.

  • Max recovery is on same disc as cardio recovery from month 1. At least thats where I found it. Lots of planks and pushups but some good stretching. I think I prefer cardio recovery but this one isn't bad, just harder than I was eexpecting. My glutes are finally feeling better, just in time for max interval tomorrow Yeah!!
