faster than I did last month and slower than I will tomorrow ( I hope ). That's the great thing about running , I can always go farther and get faster ..lol

I use it for a chicken salad., I add a little apple cidar vinegar to it. Gives it a bit of a kick and thins it out a little.

OK missed Monday, Tuesday I didn't get dinner until 9pm so fail. Wed- have 150 crunches, have 40 push-ups and am still working on squats. Have my fruit and veggies I will catch up...:grumble:
