try the jillian michaels slim down challenge. It mixes the videos up over the 30 days., 30DS , No more trouble zones and Banish Fat. You can swap out a different DVD if you want. Keeps you from getting as bored . Edited to add : Schedule under February 2011 JM 30 day slim down challenge thread.

This^ I work out first thing in morning on an empty stomach and feel fine, unless dehydrated then workout is terrible and generally end up with a low grade headache all day. Can tell if my water intake was low the day before as soon as I start.

Haven't seen it logged but my son informed me that everytime your nipple hardens it burns 3 calorie..lol I work with industrial freezers and coolers, I could log 100s of calories a day just from this.
