[ I loved Asylum so much i never really looked back. From a pure cardiovascular stand point, i suppose insanity is a better work out. I find it pretty difficult to get to the high HR i reached in Insanity while doing Asylum. I don't even wear the HRM anymore because there are so many other points of measurement you can use…

Yeah I am enjoying Asylum but I kind of miss Insanity, weird huh. Asylum is totally different and I like it but for some reason I'm not as pumped to do it as I was for Insanity. Individually I like the workouts, it's just my enthusiasm. Could just be cause so crazy at work I've been working lots of OT and all around tired.…

So today was my first timing doing Asylum relief. I probably should have done it after vertical plyo last week but took the rest day instead. Love relief. Nice length, amazing stretches. My quads and hammies got a really good stretch. The only thing I found was some moves he went through a little too fast. I could have…

So today was Asylum vertical plyo. I think I am going to cry everytime I'm going to sit down . Once I'm down ok, then I have to stand up and sit starts again. My glutes and hammies are screaming. I thought Insanity had a lot of squats but this was crazy for squat jumps, pretty much the whole workout. Then I took my…

WAY TO GO !!!!!!! I'm glad you pushed, bet you had a huge smile all day too. I know I did every time I broke through a wall. Good for you. Keep running!
-
Yep Asylum1. I did strenght today and it was amazing. The moves were just hard enough without being completely overwhelming, the pace was just fast enough and it was fun. I can see this being a go to workout even after finishing Asylum. Add heavier weights and away you go!!

Is it your legs being sore or are you completely out of breath?? If you're out of breath try slowing right down ,(so you're still jogging but could probably walk faster) stay at that pace and compete your 5min. If its your legs I really would try to just push through. They feel like spaghetti sometimes but unless there's a…

Week 5, it has 3 different runs and the last one is 20 min straight. The first time I did C25K I did the first 2 runs 3 times ech cause I was scared to do the 20 miin straight. Finally got up the nerve and managed it. I have never had such a big smile on my face as when I hit the 15 min mark and realized I could do this!!!…

I started asylum today.. OMG it was hilarious. The moves themself are familiar from Insanity but I swear that agility ladder came alive and grabbed me everytime I got near it. I am NOT coordinated and this was hard for me.I took way more breaks then I wanted to but I had to keep getting the murderous ladder off my feet.…

Take them now. You will see a difference at the end, especially after month 2...lol So take pics and measurements today:smile:

I completed week 6 today. It was great!!! I hit my stride around the 7 min mark and didn't even have to slow down to complete the 25 min running. Granted it was still a 12 min mile pace ( though that includes my 5 min warm up walk so I probably run/jog a little faster than that) but I ran 25 min straight!!! Can't…

I prefer craft beer but Cracked Canoe is not bad , has lots of flavour 90 cals each.

I too have to take B12 shots. again, I have not noticed any weight loss associated with them.Low energy without yes ( among other issues..lol) but just taking the shot doesnot cause me to lose wieght , thats why I'm on MFP in the first place
