It better to know where you are starting at. Dont sinnk into old habits cause it wil only make that number go up more. You can do it. I started my journey with 2 30mins a walk a day. Thank In August I just started adding 2 30mins walks. By september I heard of myfitnesspal. And it helped me stop munching. I just have meals. I still eat chips occassionally. But only in a 1 portion size bag, that way I am not overeating. I so like junk food so I would manage it. Like if I had mcdonalds I would work out…
