I go there alot actually. I cut my burger in half and put half the fries in a box and save that for leftovers for lunch later. Or I get buzzard wings without the sauce and just eat the veggies with it

I don't know anything about following my cycle. And because I had a lot of health problems as a teenager I had very irregular periods. I think my cycle is roughly 37 days. But I am not sure. I dont think mine has ever been regular so it makes it difficult to follow. Kind of frustrating

Hi I am Ashley. I am 26. I weighed 181 originally and now am down to 149. One of the things I have noticed is I don't have migraines nearly as frequently as before. I still dont work out hard core. I suggest just doing light cardio and make sure you eat small meals every 2 to 3 hours.

I just got the zip yesterday. SO far I am liking it ALOT. I like it for the calorie adjustments with mfp. Thats pretty cool.
