  • Yep, that's actually how Weight Watchers works, they just put their own spin on it with the points. They've always had their banked points for a week, which is basically the same as having a weekly calorie deficit for the week. So if you were allowing yourself 1500 calories a day, that gives you 10,500 calories per week.…
  • I used SparkPeople for several years and really enjoyed it, but I always thought it had too much going on. Once I moved over to MFP I never looked back. I will say, SP has a lot of great stuff, but the site just has too much going on. I like the simple, clean feel of MFP and the iPhone app is great.
