At the end of the day it is only food. Enjoy yourself. Log it forget about it and start again tomorrow. We all overindulgence sometimes, it is completely normal. Now just go dance and sing as loud as you can lol

Weekly Wednesday weigh in I stayed the same weight! I am happy about this as was celebrating all week for hubby and mines joint birthdays. I really thought I would put on. Now I am going strict. Keep my calorie goals and get more exercise in!

Weekly Wednesday weigh in I am now 153! Lost just under 3 pounds! I am so chuffed! Still got 8 pounds to go for Easter goals!

SW=Starting weight CW=Current weight GW=Goal weight So your Easter weight would be 20 pounds lighter than you are now. However there isn't much time left till Easter so probably be safer at 10-15 pounds but to be honest it is up to you not the rules. I hope I helped :)

Weighed my self this morning. My weekly weigh in and I am down 1pound4!! So chuffed. Still got 15 pounds to go but I am very happy that I am loosing weight healthily!

I have a sit down office job. I find it easier to eat properly at the weekdays then weekends too. I have not stopped eating my favorite things, all I have done is cut down on portion sizes and add vegetables. I always eat when I am hungry but not sugary or fried snacks.
