I just did this yesterday. I am closer to my goal weight now and my MFP put my calories to 1490 too. I know tend to lose approx 0.5 lbs a week now and I started strength training into my exercise regime. I wish you the best of luck with your goals and maintenance!

Record what you normally eat for a week, then look at your food diary then you can see how much you are eating, so then you can cut down on portions or even start learning some of your favorite takeaways (if you eat takeaways) so then you can reduce sodium intake. I was terrible on my last TOM.. was told to have more magnesium a week before. I don't know if that works. However I brought dark chocolate only so I couldn't over indulge on the nice chocolate lol.

This morning I had two weatabix with a banana and almonds with hot coconut milk. I had this at about 8 am I started to get hungry at 12. However I keep cut melon and apples at my work for snacks.
