I've lost 10lbs!

I gave myself 25 weeks to lose 25lbs and I'm doing it! 10lbs in 10 weeks! Every time I see another pound gone on the scale it makes me want to keep going. So thankful for MFP! This works!

    Mini goals are a great help!!! I'm hoping to join the 10 down club next week-I think it will help me really believe I can do this!!

    I've just been using MFP and working out. I stay under my max calories and log everything. I try to workout a little every day or on the days I can't, I just eat very light. I do have a few days where I can't leave my desk so I drink a meal replacement shake. I try to walk as much as possible in addition to work outs.

    Very inspiring! Can't wait to get there, I'm craving sweets right now and I'm glad I have 60 calorie chocolate pudding if I need it! !

    It's been three weeks and I've lost another 3! Just excited to keep seeing results. I still have 12lbs to go to get to my goal but I'm steadily making progress!

    Up to 15lbs!!! I lost 2lbs this week! I'm most proud of the consistency!
