I think that number seems a little high. If you can (sure you have heard this before) get a heart rate monitor. I was amazed at the difference in numbers once I purchased mine. I do from time to time (actually did it today). I say do what's best for you and your schedule. I often find it easier and more doable to do two- a- days instead of trying to carve out time to do it all at once. Best wishes to you.

Yes, today is my normal weigh in day. Up about 4 pounds but I am not worried as I know it's not real weight/fat. :-)
