Awesome job! I heart lifting (heavy) it has changed my body so much (positive). I remained the exact same weight for 6 months but lost 2 pant sizes.....LIFT LADIES. Congrats to you, you look FABULOUS.

^^^THIS^^^ Keep at it, it will get better and easier. YOU CAN DO THIS. Think POSITIVE and POSITIVE things will happen. There were so many things I couldn't (or thought I couldn't do) at a heavier weight and now those things are a breeze. It just takes commitment and dedication. Keep your goal in mind.

Are you trying to run too fast and too hard at first. This was my problem when I started. Start out slow and easy (even if it feels like you are barely moving).
